  I'm giving one star because the receptionist was great. After 2.5 hours of waiting I walk to ask when we would be called and my son yells "yall forgot about me" mind you he is 5 years old with a 102 temperature, vomiting for the past 24 hours and hadn't eaten in a day, and yet he can verbally express he feels like he was forgotten. This place doesn't deserve the one star. Even after asking the status the receptionist says we are next and call 3 more people in. Sitting with a sick 5 year old for over 2.5 hours who clearly stated his head and heart hurts and literally no urgency. Folks who were here before we arrived and some long after were seen and discharged before us. I will drive to the next town over before I come here again. This is flat out unacceptable.

  I visited this clinic while I was sick. In January. They didn't take down a phone number, and mis-recorded my address. After not being able to reach me (completely their fault) they sent me to collections and destroyed my credit. I went there because it was close but obviously should have gone to a reputable facility with competent staff. I will 100% settle up. Had I known there was a small difference between what my insurance company paid and their cost of services I would have paid right then. No need to devastate my 800+ credit score.
